The complete production process is carried out inside our 2 own plants which cover a total surface of 6.000 mq. We constantly improve and upgrade our methods, processes and equipments to achieve the most advanced technological levels in terms of production performance and quality assurance.

Every single manufacturing phase, from the selection of raw materials to processing operations, is continually and carefully monitored to obtain top quality and hygienic/sanitary standards. At the same time, safety and efficiency of the production processes are assured by a full-time on-site maintenance staff.

Our strong commitment to the above values also involve our on-site research laboratory, where skilled specialists make daily analyses and control tests on raw materials and finished products, making sure that the highest standards are met.

Moreover, in cooperation with important food industries, our R&D Department constantly performs recipe innovations, development of advanced productive technologies, enhancement of traditional manufacturing processes.
